Kuala Lumpur – A counseling teacher “dug” secrets from one of the students and finally revealed such despicable action from the student’s brother.
A form 3 student revealed that she was being raped by her older brother aged 16 years old. The incident happened on 26 July, approximately 10.00 P.M. in the victim’s house.
The Chief of the police station in the district of Petaling Jaya, Assistance Commissioner Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal reveal that the counseling teacher made the police report to the Department of Social Welfare (JKM) after getting known with the incident.
Action regarding the reported incident has been taken around 7.30 p.m. last Wednesday, said by the police chief. Furthermore, JKM also brought the student to the medical centre of University of Malaya for further examination.
“According to the result from the medical officer, it shows that there are a few tearing damages on the victim’s private part,” mentioned in one of the statements on Thursday.
Nik Ezanee also mentioned that the victim and her younger sister is currently being taking care of by JKM while the police are investigating the case.
As mentioned in the information above, Nik Ezanee said that the victim’s older brother was arrested at the side of Jalan Universiti, Petaling Jaya on Thursday, 12.01 A.M.
He also said the form 4 student was arrested for 7 days so that the investigation under the law Seksyen 376 (B) Kanun Keseksaan can be conducted.
If found guilty, the suspect will be punished with 30 years’ imprisonment and whip punishment. – Astro Awani
